Booking procedure

EVENT BOOKING PROCESS

  1. At least 1 month advance booking is recommended, a signed facility use agreement and a deposit paid is required to confirm the booking.

  2. The facility use agreement requires individual and/or organization name, address, home/work/mobile number, email address, date, time, number of guests and room layout options.

  3. Viewing the room of interest can be schedule at any time with advance notice

  4. Renters can book within 1 month but must pay the deposit and rental fee at the same time if the community centre can accommodate the request

  5. No bookings will be made within 1 week of the event date between April and August due to varied staff schedules

  6. All rental requests are booked on a first come, first serve basis.

  7. Rental fees are due at least 5 business days prior to the event

  8. Audio and Video equipment is available to rent and includes:

  • Audio System: 1 HK Audio Polar 10 public address system, 1 wired and 1 wireless microphone, bluetooth connectivity and RCA inputs with adaptors and a podium

  • Video System: 1 HD projector, 100” screen, HDMI cords, VGA/DVI adaptors, component video cords, RCA cords, Bose desktop speakers. Can be linked to the audio system for extra charge.

  • PA system will not be rented and used by a 3rd party, i.e. DJ, due to liability reasons
