club building: Multi-Purpose Hall

40’ wide by 70’ long, 2800 square feet

  1. This space is normally used for weddings, receptions, large family gatherings, socials, trade shows, open houses, etc.

  2. Maximum capacity is 220 standing

    • Seating capacity is dependent on table and chair configurations, maximum comfortable seating capacity is 180 in a theatre style setting (pre-covid)

    • Space must be left open by South and West walls for entrances, emergency exits, and washroom access

  3. The MPH is licensed with a maximum capacity of 220 people

  4. Accessible front entrance with direct access to/from the parking lot

  5. Hand sanitizer dispenser is located in the entrance foyer

  6. Washroom facilities are located in the hall and are fully accessible

  7. Floors have a hard rubber surface, mats are placed at entrance

  8. A kitchen facility is available to use with the following conditions;

    • Cooking is not allowed on site

    • Caterers may use the kitchen facility for final preparation and serving

    • A double door cooler, refrigerator and sink is available to use.

    • Counter space is stainless steel

    • Roll up windows can be used to MPH and adjoining hallway

  9. Pipe and drape (40’ white) can be rented to reduce floor space or provide separation

  10. The hall is not used for sporting activities with the exception of small child’s play, fitness programs and other activities that don’t involve throwing or kicking sport equipment.

club building: BSI Insurance Meeting Room

19’ wide x 36’ long, 665 square feet

  1. Used for small receptions, meetings or dance practices and can be booked with the multipurpose hall as secondary space or storage.

  2. Maximum capacity is 55 standing

  • Seating capacity is dependant on table and chair configurations, maximum comfortable seating capacity is 40 in a theatre style setting

  1. The BSI Room is licensed with a maximum capacity of 55

  2. Well lit room, large windows are located on South and East walls

The Multi-Purpose Hall and BSI Meeting Room is connected by a Foyer that provides access to the kitchen. The Foyer is also a licensed area for 32 people standing. The SNCC no longer rents the hall for socials involving all 3 licensed areas at the same time.

arena building: dry floor

85’ wide x 200’ long, 7000 square feet

  1. Available only between March and August

  2. The space is normally used for concerts, arts & craft sales, dog shows, ball hockey, socials, etc.

  3. Maximum capacity of 1400 people standing

  • Maximum seating available is 600 (pre-covid)

  1. Licensed area for receptions or socials with a maximum capacity of 350

  • Social/Reception fees include bartenders, bar, DJ platform, power, food & beverage tables, prize tables, mix, water, ice

  1. The dry floor is is sealed for easier cleaning and reduces slipping on the smooth, concrete surface

  2. Fully accessible, 4 emergency exits, Zamboni doors allow for vehicles to access the dry floor

  3. Power available through panels brought onto the dry floor

  4. Pipe and Drape (black) can reduce floor space or separate areas (85’ length)

  5. Area is not air conditioned, floor fans available to help circulate the air

arena building: meeting room b

19’ wide by 30’ long, 570 square feet

  1. The space is normally used for birthday parties, team meetings, youth group functions, dance practices or other small gatherings.

  2. Maximum capacity is 47 standing

  • Seating capacity is dependent on table and chair configurations, maximum comfortable seating capacity is 30 in a theatre style setting

  1. Painted concrete floor, with a single door cooler, counter space and sink available

  2. The room is also provided free of charge to arena dry floor renters

  3. Fully accessible through an elevator

  4. Washroom facilities are located at the East end of the viewing lounge

Both rentable spaces in the arena building have access to washroom facilities located on the second floor in the viewing lounge.
